Keep Ghost Guns Off San Diego County Streets!

Ghost guns have been used in many mass shootings - including the deadly shooting in the Gaslamp Quarter in 2021 – and they are a threat to the safety of our communities.

Companies that profit from death and destruction are going to continue making money unless we stand up and fight back.

Our County recently filed a legal action against Defense Distributed alleging in the complaint that the company is violating California law by selling a manufacturing device that can be used to make ghost guns at home.

Ghost guns and ghost gun components must be eliminated. Their only purpose is to circumvent sensible gun regulations, which are in place to protect all citizens. Please take the necessary steps to eliminate ghost guns and related components.

Ghost guns should be totally prohibited. They are one more avenue for the mass shootings that take place daily in our country.
