Keep Ghost Guns Off San Diego County Streets!

Ghost guns have been used in many mass shootings - including the deadly shooting in the Gaslamp Quarter in 2021 – and they are a threat to the safety of our communities.

Companies that profit from death and destruction are going to continue making money unless we stand up and fight back.

Our County recently filed a legal action against Defense Distributed alleging in the complaint that the company is violating California law by selling a manufacturing device that can be used to make ghost guns at home.

We need to stop providing guns to people that don’t respect others. Military guns should not be sold to people that are NOT in the military. When someone leaves the military, the gun stays with the military. It is not their personal property.
